Anyone know an SEO company that is pretty cheap but offer good results?
You will be wasting your money. SEO is a slow process. Get the basics right first. The more you go into SEO the harder it gets. Submit site-map, make sure site is well coded and W3C compliant. The keep adding good, original content.

It depends on how competitive your industry is, the more competitive the higher the cost.
