they don’t need reciprocal link. read their guidelines below:
Submission Guidelines:
• Must be an English language website or English translation available.
• Must be well designed and maintained. Sites with broken links and missing images will not qualify.
• Sites must have their own domain.
• Titles and descriptions can only have capital letters only at the beginning of the words.
• Symbols and numbers are not accepted at the beginning of the title unless your url starts with a number.
• Submit only top level domains. Do not submit individual pages of the website or sub-domains.
• Submit to only one category.
• Spamming is not tolerated and will result in your site being banned from our directory.
• Sites with only banners and or excessive pop ups/unders will not be accepted .

All of them should be free for you to submit your website to. To make it easier when submitting your website, look into Roboform or another plugin/program that will keep track of all of the field information so you are not always retyping it in. You could put it into notepad and just copy/paste the information each time, but that will get boring real quick.
You can also look into Directory Submitter, http://www.directorysubmitter.com/
It is not free, but contains over 2000 directories to submit your site to. It is not automated, however it will store all of your information so when you go to the next directory it will auto fill in almost everything for you except for the capcha code. This makes submitting much faster for you, and it also allows you to rotate different information so you are not using the same title or description for all of your submissions.
If you are going to do it by hand, you will want to mix up your title’s with the keywords you are trying to target. Do not use the same title for every single submission. Go and make another email address just for submitting to directories so you do not have to worry about getting flooded with spam if they give out your address. Be sure to check that email account though as some directories require you to verify your submission via an email they will send you.
You can also check out forums.digitalpoint.com after 15 posts you will able to view there buy/sell/trade section where you can find people doing directory submission for as liitle as $10 for a few hundred. Yes submitting to directories does help, if its reciprocal link exchange its not that good as Free.
In reciprocal link exchange you place link to directory on your site and directory keeps yours, in free only directory keeps yours.
