try Web Design, Manchester, or Web Design, Bury.
then you need good, high density content, good H1 – H3 headings, proper page title. all of which including the keywords you want to search to get it at the top of google.
then you NEED to start to put back links out there, i.e. get people to link to your site, and click on it! the page where it links from should be relevant to your content.
you missed a trick here because you should have linked to your site- try also making a blog and join forums, make useful posts and post your links – DONT SPAM, but just use a bit of knowledge to slide in your website link and you will be away!

it needs to be very popular. ie, searching wikipedia will bring wikipedia to the front and an article ABOUT wikipedia to the back, because more people use wikipedia than read articles about it.

Pay google rather large sums of money. Or create a website that is totally unique, so when people search yours is the only one meeting the criteria. How about a website with all these search words in the meta tags:
